Market Movers2030: Bettingzone's David John tipped up Martin Kaymer at 33/1 before the Open de France and he's now the 11/4 market leader with Paddy Power after storming to a three-shot lead after the first round.
The German fired a course record-equalling 62 at Le Golf National to top the leaderboard at -9, three shots clear of a group of five players on -6. Peter Hanson is amongst those on -6 and he's second favourite at 10/1, with Nick Dougherty (-5) next in the betting at 16/1 and Thongchai Jaidee (-6) 20/1. Lee Westwood is six shots off the lead but he's next in the betting at 22/1, while Thomas Levet is the same price and a shot better off. It's 25/1 bar those six. |
